Be entertained by what you see through the floor to ceiling windows – a spectacular dawn as the sun comes up over our sleepy town, fishing boats coming and going, clouds floating bye. Watch the array of birds or cattle grazing, and if you slow down enough, you can even watch the tide in the bay rise and fall.
It is very quiet, soothing and extremely relaxing. Our guests are usually in awe, certainly don’t want to leave and always hope to return.
With modern, contemporary design, each apartment is individually styled and decorated, but all feature a large oval shaped free standing spa bath which looks out over the panoramic coastal views, a beautiful cushion topped king size bed, spacious bathroom with double headed shower, fine toiletries and fluffy robes. Apartment configurations include studios, one and two bedroom.
Each apartment also contains a flat screen satellite T.V. (45 channels), free unlimited Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, heating and electric blankets, air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, hair dryer and ironing equipment.
Breakfast supplies are provided for you to prepare yourself in the privacy of your own apartment. It includes free range eggs and award winning bacon, various crusty bread, Spreyton fresh apple juice, cereals herbal teas and of course real coffee. The mini bar is extensive and even includes a variety of snacks and delicious ice cream.
Stanley is a quaint historical fishing village at the base of an extinct volcanic plug called The Nut. Located on a peninsular extending 7Km’s north into Bass Strait and with a population of just 500 people, Stanley is a great place to take a relaxing walk along a secluded beach, go fishing or stroll around the charming old streets.
Not too far from Stanley, the west coast boasts the cleanest, most pure air in the world regularly measured at the Cape Grim weather station. The “edge of the world” at the southern head of the Arthur River is a great place to witness the rough and wild seas that crash in from the Indian Ocean and the fabled Tarkine offers an adventurous drive through button grass plains and ancient rain forest.
